Dear Parents,

Kal, Navratri ka pehla din hai aur hum Maa Shailputri ka poojan kar rahe hain. Is din ke liye humne ek special home activity tayaar ki hai – Magic Mirror of Strength, jo bachchon ko... self-confidence, patience aur inner strength sikhayegi.

1️⃣ Preparation

Ek medium ya chhota mirror ready karein.
Girls: optional – chhota Maa Shailputri getup (crown, dupatta, flower, chhota trishul)
Boys: comfortable kapde, mirror ke saamne stand karne ke liye.

Parents softly introduce karein:
“Aaj hum Maa Shailputri ki tarah strong aur patient banne ki practice karenge!”

2️⃣ Stand in Front of Mirror

Bachcha mirror ke saamne straight khada ho.
Hands folded ya comfortably side me rakhe.
Girls getup pehankar aur boys normal attire me ready ho.

3️⃣ Positive Affirmations (Bachcha apne aap bole – 5–6 lines)

“Main Maa Shailputri ki tarah strong hoon.” 💪
“Main patience se kaam karunga / karungi.” 🕊️
“Main hamesha sach bolunga / bolungi.”
“Main doston aur family ke saath pyar se rahunga / rahungi.” ❤️
“Main har challenge ko calmly face karunga / karungi.”
Optional: “Main Maa ke blessings se khush aur safe hoon.” 🌸
Tip: Chhote bacche ke liye lines ko short aur easy words me bolein.

4️⃣ Parents Encourage & Cheer

Har affirmation ke baad clap, cheer ya hug dein.
Bachcha confident aur smiling feel kare.

Softly mandir me jaise pooja me karte hain, repeat karwayen:
“ॐ देवी शैलपुत्र्यै नमः।” 🕉️

Reflection & Reward

Parents puchhein:
“Aaj aap kis quality me sabse zyada strong feel kar rahe ho?”
Bachcha apni feeling share kare.
Small reward de sakte hain (sticker, flower, clap).
